2 snowy owls were at the airport, one near the terminal & the other at the end of the runway. I got there around 12:30pm.

The terminal area one was spooked & flew when the airport manager drove on the runway as he was doing runway checks but the bird returned to the snow pile after a fly around & brief stop on the Phillips 66 building.

He alerted us to the other owl, reachable by driving out of the airport & working down to the end of the runway where there's a yellow gate that u can't go beyond.
