I spent several hours this morning birding around this MetroPark southwest of Columbus, hoping for a movement of waterfowl and winter 'migrants'. Despite the warm temperatures, most of the wetlands were still frozen, the creekside forests were flooded in many places, and the only waterfowl noted were high flocks of geese and mallards headed north. Landbird migrants were also slight except for

Brown Creepers - 2-4 were along most of the riparians trails that I could reach (because many were flooded out)
Horned Larks - north-bound flyovers were fairly regular all morning
Tree Sparrows - a big flock of 80-100 had accumulated in the weedfeidls around the Kuhlwein Rd parking area. You could stand in the lot and watch them fly back & forth across Kuhlwein Rd.
Redwings - a few were in most places, though they were oddly absent around the Teal trail marshes
Grackles - not as widespread as Redwings, but a flock of 20+ were around Georgesville, and singles were elsewhere
