I have had a friend suggest I get transition lenses. My eyes have always been very sensitive to bright-overcast glare, and since I had cataract surgery almost a year ago, they are even more sensitive. The glare often leads to headaches -- no fun. The idea was that transition lenses might help that problem.  My concern was that the lenses might not adjust quickly enough for use with binoculars or (for me more important) cameras.

Any of you have any experience with this which you can share with me?
