Today I visited Fernald Preserve's Lodge Pond from 3:35 p.m. - 4:37 p.m. I found a male Eurasian Wigeon while scanning the flocks to count individual birds one species at a time. I found the Eurasian as I was scanning to count the American Wigeons, which were 37 in number. Over 400 ducks present of 13 species.
