Hello Birders,
   At the Steubenville Marina along the Ohio River today I found one adult
Lesser Black-backed Gull and one White-winged Scoter male. Many Ring-billed
and Herring Gulls were also present as well as Hooded Merganser Common
Goldeneye, Common Merganser and Lesser Scaup.
