Venturing out into finally tolerable temps, I went in search of Snow Buntings, White-winged Scoters and whatever else I could find. No success on the Snow Buntings (or scoters) but rounded out my OH duck list. Passerines were scarce overall with a couple Tree Sparrows near my feeders in Lancaster (new yard bird) about the best I could do besides a couple Song Sparrows.

Hoover Dam:
Com Goldeneye, Bufflehead, Hooded Merg, Black Duck, Am Wigeon, Shoveler, Mallard
Gulls: just Ring-billed & Herring

Alum Creek at the spillway:
Com Merg (female), Redhead, Canvasback, Scaup (a pair) (best guess is Greater based on bill/head shape but I don't know what is the more expected one here).
Also had more Com Goldeneye, Am Wigeon, Mallard

Only raptors were Red-tailed Hawks.
