today in east river rd, montgomery co. The bill looks like king eider's,
the belly is white, and someone said he saw white winged scoter there
 yesterday. any ideas ? -

I was in a hurry because I was with my family and they don't like birding
so I took 1 picture and I left. also watched:hooded merganser,ring necked
duck, common golden eye, killdeer, a lot of herring and ring billed gulls
and more.....
