Headed to deer creek tomorrow for of course the long 
tailed ducks and hopefully the shrike. But a friend of mine 
told me someone posted to listserv not to long ago about 
an area where there were a lot of millet plants and tons of 
sparrows around. Just wondering if anybody has any info 
on this, where it is and good viewing spots and if its still 
hoping. And any info on the shrike would be greatly 
appreciated. Thanks in advance.
