Hello Birders,
I went back down to the Steubenville Marina to check for water birds
today. The Lesser Black-backed Gull I found yesterday on the Ohio River was
NOT seen today, however, the male White-winged Scoter was still present. A
beautiful male LONG-TAILED DUCK was seen just north of the marina on the
