Shari Jackson and I located a drake Eurasian wigeon at the south end of Berlin Res. in Stark County on Greenbower Rd. This area is north of Alliance off SR 183. Turn east on Greenbower Rd. and proceed until you see a bridge under construction. Look southwest back a channel that has several dabblers.
The wigeon was swimming back and forth across this channel.
