On Saturday afternoon, I checked out some wet areas north and west of
Ansonia.

Woods Road Wetland was full of ducks, geese
highlights were
Tundra and Mute Swans
7 white phase snow geese
1 coot
over 300 Can. geese
Red heads
Canvasbacks
Pintails
Blue and Green Wing Teal
Lesser Scaups
Ringnecks
Am. Widgeons
Mallards
Red-winged Blackbirds

Ansonia-Elroy Road near Elroy
1 Pectoral Sandpiper
10 Killdeer
4 Robins
