Nice turnout this morning in Conneaut Harbor. Some of the ice is melting in the shallows around the sandbar and lagoon near the boat docks drawing in some dabbling ducks. Lots of gulls. All herring and ring-billed though. I did see a Bonaparte's Friday but not today. I was hoping for some early sandpipers but no luck. http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist?subID=S17548306
