While driving north on Rt. 93 in New Franklin, an Osprey flew parallel with my car. I pulled into the parking lot of Hadley's Archery Center at 5676 Manchester Rd. (Rt. 93) and at 3:50 pm watched the bird circle and then perch on a cell tower that is directly west of that business (DeLorme 35 F7).
