Chuck Slusarczyk Jr found a near-adult Pomarine Jaeger (same bird from Avon last week) at Scranton Road Park in the west bank flats of Cleveland, on Cuyahoga River. Absolutely insane views through 12 pm. Bird has been foraging close to shore and spending time resting on grassy banks of park, right along river. Photos on Ohio Rare Bird Alert FB path
