Folks who were interested in recent conversations about dark-plumage
red-tails here in Ohio will be interested in the conversation currently
on ID-Frontiers about an Ohio sighting at
http://birding.aba.org/maillist/IDF . All I'll say is that this seems
to be a question better answered by taxonomists with a specimen on the
table than by hawkwatchers with nothing but photos and guesswork.
