There was a male Long-tailed Duck at Rocky Fork Lake in the open water between the North Beach and South Beach. Hundreds of other ducks are also on the lake including most of the expected species. At the marina near the east end of the lake there is a small patch of open water that held a female or immature White-winged Scoter.

The Red-necked Grebe that Bob Powell and Larry Gara reported was still at the Melvin quarry in Clinton County, and there was another at the quarry west of Hillsboro south of SR 50 in Highland County.
