I friend of mine from Fayette County (where I grew up) just posted a picture
of a Snowy Owl near Deer Creek. Here's what she posted:


"Snowy owl is located on Roth Rd in Marion Twp. Anybody got a good lens? I
notified the ODNR on their facebook page so maybe they will come & get some
pictures. This one might have a better chance of surviving since it is near
the lake. This is the best I got."


Hope some of you can get out there and see it.
