I birded in various locations around Athens County on Sunday, and had a
total of 70 species for the day, of which 13 were first of season birds:
Green Heron
Great-crested Flycatcher
Red-eyed Vireo
Barn Swallow
Grey Catbird
Yellow Warbler (which I heard in great numbers today)
Cerulean Warbler
Black and White Warbler
American Redstart
Hooded Warbler
Scarlet Tanager
Bobolink
Baltimore Oriole
Good birding,
Heather Aubke
Athens County
