I went to Villa Angela/Wildwood Parks (part of Euclid Creek Reservation) on Lakeshore Blvd. & E. 174th St in Cleveland today from 5:30p, to 8:00pm.  I walked with Mark Anderson for part of the time.  Here are some of the birds we saw today:

Bonaparte's Gulls - over 60 in front of Villa Angela
Bufflehead 5 in front of Villa Angela
Red-breasted Mergansers - many scattered about
Double-crested Cormorants ~ 20
Great Egrets - 2 still in Wildwood wetland
Great Blue Herons - 3
Blue-winged Teal  - 2 in Wildwood wetland (I saw them last Saturday also)
Scaup 3
Caspian Tern 1
Black-crowned Night-Herons - 7 seen in VA south of the bathhouse (1st located by Mark)
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker 1 in VA
YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLER 1 in VA (seen from the asphalt path (south) in the wet area west of bathhouse)
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher 2 (1 seen in VA woods, accidently found it while getting sapsucker picture) another heard closer to creek
Brown Creepers 2
Winter Wren 1 VA
Fox Sparrows 3-4 near entrance to field north of library
Hermit Thrush 2 (one in field north of library, another closer to lake in VA in another wet area
Golden-crowned Kinglets 3

While I was standing on breakwall down from bathhouse (west side of Euclid Creek) I took a picture of three Hooded Mergansers in the marina approx. 150 ft or more away.  When I was walking along the asphalt bath north of the Wildwood wetland I disturbed three ducks that flew towards the lake and I only briefly noticed their dark deepset circled eyes looked a bit different.  I believe these were juvenile Hooded Mergansers that I saw in the marina but I didn't see them clearly enough and did not walk close to marina at the time.
