Still there as of 3:30pm today (4-15-14).  Has been seen at both  the new
wetland (SW from the picnic pavilion) and what has become known as the 'rail
wetland' (NW from the pavilion).



Bring a scope and keep as much distance as you can for good views.  This
duck is nervous and takes flight easily.
