Forwarding report from Birding Ohio Facebook page:  At 10:30am Sunday, April 6, Janet Hughes found and photographed a TUFTED DUCK at Little Portage Wildlife Area, Sandusky (possibly Ottawa) County.  She said it was in "the pond on East side of the road almost all the way back" and feeding along with some scaup.
