Recent rains have left several small "ponds" in the fields beside Coblentz
Ave. (south of Hartville). This afternoon there was a decent number of
shorebirds. Most of them were yellowlegs, but there were a few others,
including a Wilson's Phalarope. I left just after 5:00, and it was still
present, being watched by a couple other birders who happened to come by
around the same time.
