In response to the recent post about this species, I have had 2 males and at least 1 female hanging around my backyard feeder for about two weeks.

Also had a few white throated sparrows, which I occasionally see.
And this week, had a few white crowned sparrows, which I've never seen in my yard before.
Same for an indigo bunting yesterday. Maybe it can be attributed to International Bird Migration Week.

Also saw my first ruby throated hummingbird of the year in my yard yesterday.

It's been an outstanding 2 weeks at my feeders--best ever in 15 years for variety.
Are these species being seen all over the state in greater numbers???
