There was a Clay-colored Sparrow at the Huffman Prairie Flying Field this
morning. The bird was foraging in the dandelions with a White-crowned
Sparrow along Water Rd. at its intersection with Marl Rd. Water Rd is
nothing more than a gravel dead end into the barbed wire fence surrounding
Wright-Patt Air Force Base. Christopher Collins and I searched for the
bird for about 45 minutes afterwards and were unable to relocate it, though
it easily could have been close nearby on AFB property and may still be in
the immediate area.

Good birding!
