Greetings,

I would ID it as a 1st spring (or Basic I) plumage American Redstart.  I'm still looking but may be a male with yellow chest patch instead of orange.  The 1st spring male can have these spots as you see here.


The dark lores are another mark.  The wing patch is weaker than you see in guide books for 1st spring.
