This morning about 9 AM I had a brief look at a mourning warbler in the Whetstone Park Ravine (Adena Brook Ravine). It was at the northern edge of the wooded ravine by the Park of Roses about 100 feet east of the gazebo. A dirt footpath exits the ravine here, and there is a felled ash tree with a snag about 10-feet tall with a blue "X" marked on it. The bird was working the tangles here. It never sang while I was there.

Whetstone Park is at 3923 N. High St., Columbus OH 43214.

Happy birding,
Paul
