Crested Caracara is an "expected" vagrant throughout the country and particularly NE region. Wisconsin and Newfoundland both have recent (past month) records. "Expected" means that it's wicked rare but shows pattern of vagrancy in other surrounding states where states are recording individual records throughout the NE region.
