I just saw a single CATTLE EGRET in a wet field on the east side of County Road 142 just south of County Road 2 in eastern Logan County. This is just about 2 miles south of West Mansfield and a few miles north of East Liberty. The bird was easily seen from the road. I posted a picture in the eBird checklist:
