Marie & John,

I agree whole heartedly, especially after all the broohaha over the guy 
who was just taking pictures from the back of his truck. Flushing birds 
so you can see them is akin to flushing birds so you can hunt them.  
You're not doing it for the birds sake.

Marie I agree with you completely. Why no one else sees this as harassment
I'm not sure.
Maybe that’s why the owner of the field is so sure the bird wont de around
mush longer.

This sounds like an awful lot of calling and flushing and anyone coming
anytime and doing the same.  Is that really good for the bird?

to walk through the fie= ld in the hopes of flushing the bird and
providing visual ID to those that = are there.=0A=0ASo, it seems you can
go any time of the day, with evening a= nd early morning being the best
chance for seeing/hearing the rail.=0A=0A=
