Clear Creek was downright subtropical this AM but I still had some good birds. Nothing unusual but highlights were a v active, loudly-chipping Blue-winged Warbler on the Prairie Trail & not far from it was a family group of KY Warblers incl at least one scruffy "teenager".

Other warblers, the expected nesters: Ovenbird, N Parula, Blk-thr Green, La WT, Yellow, Cerulean, Hooded, Com Yellowthroat, Am Redstart. Don't think I heard a B&W today.

Lots of Wood Thrushes singing even in the heat. I was delighted w/a couple Veeries nearby who remained invisible, but I briefly heard both sing.
