Would be interested to hear what others think.  This matches quite closely with juvenile Brown-headed Cowbird except for the yellow tones.  Possibly the yellow in the image is an illusion?  The breast streaking, the facial pattern, the back pattern, the heavy bill all seem to point to juvenile Brown-headed Cowbird.  Bill is too conical and stout for meadowlark or oriole, back pattern is too plain for Dickcissel.  Facial pattern is off for House Finch - malar (?) stripe.
