Had great views of this spectacular raptor this afternoon at 3PM just after
the rain stopped. It was quartering the soybean field at the SE corner of
New Vienna and Connel roads. It appeared to be eating prey on the wing.

I'm grateful to all the observers who left such clear directions to this
out-of-the-way place!
