IMPORTANT Geauga Parks update:Please come to our organizational meeting on the change in focus in the Geauga Parks. 9 am Saturday Aug. 8 at Frohring Meadows. And we may have a special treat. At a small meeting at Bass Lake Preserve Last night, Mr. Mucci, a Geauga Parks commissioner, is reported to have "just dropped in " accompanied by the armed constable to the probate judge that appointed the commissioners and now the liason to the park board. Maybe these two will grace us with their presence tomorrow.
Also, the posted Aug. 12 evening meeting of the Park Board has "suddenly" been changed to Monday Aug. 11 at 9 am at the Meyer Center. This might suddenly be changed again, so if you were planning on attending please call the Meyer Center before they close today for the latest updates.
