My initial impression was cowbird, I think the yellow is a little bit of odd lighting. The body shape is classic cowbird.

The breast streaking, the facial pattern, the back pattern, the heavy bill all seem to point to juvenile Brown-headed Cowbird.  Bill is too conical and stout for meadowlark or oriole, back pattern is too plain for Dickcissel.  Facial pattern is off for House Finch - malar (?) stripe.
