Between about 10:15 and noon, the bird was feeding in the ponds at the corner of Taway and Mooney Road.

While parked in a small asphalt parking area off of Mooney,  look for very large boulders between the lot and the ponds, we spoke to a City of Columbus Watershed Ranger and asked about the plans for environmental education at the reservoir and he told us this site is the location where they plan to have programs.  According to him, the site will be put out for bid in the near future and will have a shelter and bathrooms. He did not tell us to move our carn so I presume it is okay to park here. 
 
Good birding and wishing this little beauty a safe flight home.
