Checked Alum Creek beach this morning but there was no sign of the Franklin's Gull. I then went to The Hoover mudflats where an American Golden plover was still present. The mudflats are exposed all the way out to the end of the boardwalk now and the plover was easily viewed with just binoculars. There were also numerous warblers in the parking area of area M. Including Tennessee, Magnolia, Palm, Northern Parula, Blackpoll, and Black throated green.

Good birding,
Rob Batterson
