As of 4:30 PM there was a Golden Plover feeding on the mudflat just off the end of the boardwalk in Area M in Galena, Delaware County. The plover was close enough to enjoy even without field glasses. Additional birds present included Killdeer, Semipalmated Plover, Greater Yellowlegs, Herring Gull, Great Egret and Double Crested Cormorant.
