The phalarope was seen throughtout the weekend east of 225 bridge in Stark county. The bird is a ways out at the water to the east. I last observed the bird yesterday evening at 6:00 pm.

Parking is at a premium. I parked south of the bridge at the pull off with the poles on the west side of the road. Walk along the road to the bridge and go down the NE side of the bridge to the mud flats.

The bird is very active.
