When I reported the Long-tailed Duck Friday as male, I sent it from my phone
while there, and was going by the amount of white on the head and crown as
shown in the limited field guides I had available at the time. I may have
relied too much on that feature and may have been mistaken.

Subject: [Ohio-birds] Wellington Upground Reservoir

Highlights at Wellington this afternoon included a white wing scoter, a
female longtailed duck, and a couple of cackling geese.
