The Ohio Bird Records Committee is soliciting the opinions of out-of-state field ornithologists concerning the ID of the Dillion Reservoir loon. We would like to have as many photographs as possible for them to inspect. We particularly need photos of the bird in flight, but any photograph is welcome. Links to photo-sharing sites such as Flickr are probably the easiest way to share photos, but we can make other arrangements to get them as necessary.

This mailing list does not accept attachments, so please don't don't try getting them to me that way. If you have only one or two photos, you may be able to email them to me as attachments to my OBRC email account: [log in to unmask] However, there is a limit on the size of attachments, which I think is about 5 mb. You can hit that quickly with photos. If you send me anything, and you do not get a reply from me, you can assume it didn't make it to me.

Thanks in advance for any help with this intriguing sighting.
