Troy Shively called, asking that I post this report for him in case his
message did not appear on the list.
The two Franklin's gulls remain at Oldfield Beach, along with what Troy
called an unusual little gull L. minutus, which was spending time on the
beach before winging off to feed in deeper water. Troy said it looked
markedly dark and blotchy; gull students will likely especially relish
some looks at this one.
