  Great birding day at Headlands State Park and The Wake Robin Trail. 

 The Kirtland Bird Club outing tallied 17 species of warblers plus Scarlet Tanager,Nelson's Sparrow and Sedge Wren. 
   Ray Hannikman and the Headlands crew had a record October day with 21 species of warblers. A Yellow-billed Cuckoo was also spotted. 
  I want to thank every one that joined me on this brisk October day .
