Afternoon routes cut short due to youth waterfowl hunting.TIME: 8:00am-12:30pm; 2:00pm-5:10pm TEMP.: 43-55 COND.: Mostly cloudy early, turning partly sunny in the afternoon. Windy & cool all day.
