All the reports I have read and my own personal experience have indicated only one Red Phalarope at the North Shore boat ramp of Buckeye Lake. An initial report of a "flock of ten hanging with Ring-billed Gulls by the winery" turned out to be misidentified Bonaparte's Gulls. 

If two additional Phals have shown up, they have not been reported anywhere else but this list.
