The usual several Great Blue Herons, Great Egrets, Mallards, Canada Geese, Mute Swans and Kingfishers.  Special sightings from our pontoon boat were Sandhill Cranes, 2 in marsh area on East side of Lake Ridge Island and 2 in marsh are aon North Fork of the Great Miami River just past Longview Cove.  Also, one Pied-billed Grebe in the Sunny Cove Channel by the bridge to Orchard Island.  Views of parts of this channel are accessible from Orchard Island Road.
