Good Fortune followed me onto the boardwalk around noon and I saw one of the
Nelson's Sparrow just 10 minutes after arrival.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/85567104@N05/.  It simply flew from the
boardwalk to the Phragmites and lingered near the water line for about 10
minutes, going into and out of that mess!    This  was just after passing
the 'pond' on the right side.



Now if I just had time to linger for the Sedge Wren ..
