Blendon Woods is located in the northeast corner of Columbus
off of I 270 & Rte 161. Take the Little Turtle Way exit. Below is a list of
some of the birds found today at Blendon Woods. I would like to thank the
visitors who helped find these birds.

Red-headed Woodpecker-adult, young
Thoreau Lake 9:20 am

Hooded Merganser-2 males, female

Walden Waterfowl Refuge 9:45 (closed to public except during
programs)

Hairy Woodpecker-female, male
