The first report for Ohio this winter, at least that I've heard of, via a
photo posted to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources facebook page
(open to public viewing, so no facebook account necessary to see the photo):

The bird was seen Monday evening (November 17, 2014) approximately 5:30pm
on County Road M between County Roads 19 and 20 (Williams county).
