Subject: Clay-colored robin question
Hi Everyone,

We had a bird at our feeders this morning that was a little smaller than and
American robin and was a nice warm brown all over with a bit darker tail and
wing tips. No streaking anywhere but just a faint light eye streak over the
eye. I have never seen this bird before, but in the guide looks like a clay
colored robin - which does not seem like it would be here given it's
distribution. Any help someone can give me with what this might be would be
great. Are there other birds I should be looking at?

We did get one picture of it but it ducked down as we took the picture. It will
take a while for us to get the picture off the camera and in a form that I can
send for those that might help me with the ID.

Thanks,

Elayna
