The Snowy Owl spent the day far out in the large field on the north side of route 535 . At one time it sat on a marker stake and surveyed the area. A flock of about a dozen Snow Buntings were feeding along the gravel road in the field.
Larry Richardson spotted a Snow Goose flying south off the lake and over are heads .
The Northern Shrike was again seen at the east end of the area on the first .
Water fowl are hard to find !
